82 Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for Finance the extent to which tax free allowance and credits are affected by correspondence received by the Revenue Commissioners on 1 January 2012 in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that, based on the tax credit certificate issued to the person concerned dated 30 December 2011, the person's tax credits are reduced by €47.60 per week.
