368 Deputy Peter Mathews asked the Minister for Social Protection the reason a deduction in the pension of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 24 has taken place; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [9647/12]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe person concerned has applied to retire from the civil service on 29th February 2012. Their pension will be calculated in accordance with the entitlements attached to their occupational pension scheme and they will receive their full entitlements.
