I must inform the Deputy that I have no responsibility for this matter. However, I am informed by the OPW that in support of the then Government's policy to assist citizens with low income levels in purchasing properties, the property in question was transferred to the Affordable Homes Partnership in April 2009. The Affordable Housing Initiative came under the remit of the then Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government.
