Ceist:639 Deputy Kevin Humphreys asked the Minister for Health if his attention has been drawn to the fact that citizens are receiving letters confirming that they are to be issued with a medical card along with the reference number of that card, however, they then fail to receive the actual card; if he will provide the number of how many such cases have occurred; how often has this happened; if he will provide a regional breakdown of the numbers in each area; the action being taken to address the problem; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
