278 Deputy Gerry Adams asked the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform if he will provide a list of the payments made by the State to private land owners in 2010 and 2011 to acquire land for use in the public capital programme, to include the land that was being purchased and the price paid and the landowner who received the money.
