286 Deputy Pat Breen asked the Minister for Social Protection if she will report on the number of public servants from County Clare who retired as part of the Croke Park early retirement scheme from positions in her Department or from State bodies under the aegis of her Department. [14207/12]
Amharc ar fhreagraThree civil servants retired from Ennis Local Office, under the Cost Neutral Early Retirement Scheme on 29 February 2012, whose pensions were protected from pay reductions by the Financial Emergency Measures in the Public Interest (No. 2) Act, 2009 and the Financial Emergency Measures in the Public Interest Act 2010. There were no retirements in County Clare from the State bodies under the aegis of my Department during this period.
