543 Deputy Charles Flanagan asked the Minister for Health if he will procure and publish full and detailed particulars of all sums expended to date in respect of the proposed new national children’s hospital; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [13553/12]
Amharc ar fhreagraI can confirm that the overall costings on the National Children's Hospital to end of December 2011 are €36.6 million. The final cost of the independent review commissioned by me in 2011 was €115,586.87 (inclusive of VAT). The specific data requested by the Deputy is not readily available in my Department. Therefore, I have referred the matter to the National Paediatric Hospital Development Board who will reply directly to the Deputy on the matter.
