228 Deputy Jim Daly asked the Minister for Education and Skills the position regarding an application for an extension to a school (details supplied) in County Cork; if he will confirm whether the position has advanced since his reply on this issue of 1 March 2012; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Officials from my Department have recently been in contact with the school to which the Deputy refers and further information regarding their application has been received. This is currently under consideration and a decision will be conveyed to the school in due course.
