Ceist:290 Deputy Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin asked the Minister for Social Protection when it is expected that payments will be issued to employees of a company (details supplied) in respect to their claims awarded by the Rights Commissioner under the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997 following a hearing by the commissioner in the Shirley Arms Hotel, Carrickmacross on 30 November 2011; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
