537 Deputy John McGuinness asked the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs further to Parliamentary Question No. 623, if a section 39 grant for 2011 will be paid to a play school (details supplied) in County Kilkenny in view of the fact that the grant had been paid in the past four years; and if she will expedite payments. As this is a service matter, it was referred to the HSE for investigation and direct reply to the Deputy. My Department has contacted the HSE again and I understand that a reply will issue shortly.
