Ceist:137 Deputy Denis Naughten asked the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs the number of complaints, both formal and informal, made to the Health Service Executive by children in the care system, children in residential care, and by staff working in the care system respectively, in each of the years 2009, 2010 and 2011; if she will provide a breakdown of the reasons for the complaints and the action taken as a result; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
