127 Deputy Jack Wall asked the Minister for Social Protection the position regarding an application for rent allowance in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [25709/12]
Amharc ar fhreagraIn order to qualify for rent supplement, the person concerned has been requested to reduce the rent to the appropriate limit for a single person in self-contained accommodation. The person concerned has no entitlement to rent supplement at the higher limit on the basis of the information that has been provided.
