1019 Deputy Timmy Dooley asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport if he will provide details of rail projects which he has submitted to the Department of Finance and Department of Public Expenditure and Reform for consideration in advance of their recent discussions with representatives of the European Investment Bank; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Amharc ar fhreagraMy officials and I keep the relevant Ministers and Departments informed on priority, affordable and viable transport projects ready to proceed to construction over the medium term should additional funding for capital investment become available either from the Exchequer or other sources.
Given this, in relation to the specific meeting referred to by the Deputy, there was no additional information sought by either the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform or the Department of Finance.
