469 Deputy John McGuinness asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if permission granted by Coillte to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny to access woods will be reviewed in view of the fact that part of the access route granted is through private property; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Coillte Teoranta was established as a private commercial company under the Forestry Act 1988 and day-to-day operational matters, such as mentioned by the Deputy, are the responsibility of the company.
