117 Deputy Paschal Donohoe asked the Minister for Social Protection when a decision will issue on the disability allowance claim in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Mayo; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [31436/12]
Amharc ar fhreagraI confirm that an application for disability allowance has been received from the person concerned. The application has been referred to a Social Welfare Inspector for a means investigation. A decision on her entitlement to disability allowance will be made on receipt of the Social Welfare Inspector's report and the person will be notified directly of the outcome.
