79 Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for Education and Skills the extent to which a person (details supplied) in County Kildare who holds a spousal work permit qualifies for back to work, FÁS training or a community employment scheme; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I understand that the person in question is entitled to participate on a FÁS training course because she is in receipt of a Jobseekers Allowance since September 2010. Matters relating to Back to Work and Community Employment Schemes are more appropriate for the Minister of Social Protection.
