337 Deputy Denis Naughten asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government the estimated cost of operating the non-online aspect of the household charge scheme on an annualised basis; the total projected cost of the administration of the scheme in 2012; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Amharc ar fhreagraThe Local Government Management Agency (LGMA) administers the household charge system on a shared service/agency basis for all county and city councils. The Local Government Management Agency estimates the annualised projected cost of operating the non-online aspect of the household charge as €4,492,410. The total projected cost of administering the household charge in 2012 is €6,033,052.
