654 Deputy Michael Moynihan asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the position regarding an outstanding single farm payment for 2011 in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Cork; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [36382/12]
Amharc ar fhreagraAn application under the 2011 Single Payment/Disadvantaged Areas Scheme was received on 19 April 2011. Following receipt of the application it was established that the person in whose name the herd number was registered was deceased and the necessary documentation regarding the administration of the estate was sought in order to process the application. The process has now been finalised and payment will issue shortly.
