738. Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for Social Protection further to Parliamentary Question No. 342 of 17 July 2012, if she will indicate the number of contributions paid by a person (details supplied) in County Kildare; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [38129/12]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe application for State pension (contributory) has been reviewed and the position set out in my reply on the 17th July remains unchanged. The person concerned, according to the records of the Department, has a yearly average of 4 contributions from 1952 to 1996. Therefore, she does not satisfy the qualifying conditions and her claim was disallowed.
