Deputy Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin asked the Minister for Health if he will provide details of the planned refurbishment works at St. Mary's Hospital, Castleblayney, County Monaghan; if restoration of respite services is an integral part of the promised major capital investment programme at the hospital; when the refurbishment and capital investment works will get underway; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
