264. Deputy John O'Mahony asked the Minister for Social Protection when a decision will be made on an appeal for home help in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Roscommon; the reason this case has been refused; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [41303/12]

Further information has been submitted with this parliamentary question and therefore the file is being sent to the appeals office on 27th September 2012 along with all new additional information. Once an appeals officer has made a decision on the claim, the person in question will be notified directly with the outcome.
