447. Deputy Luke 'Ming' Flanagan asked the Minister for Defence if he will list all the current positions, where the appointment was made by his Department held by retired senior civil servants; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [42663/12]

The agencies under the aegis of my Department are the Civil Defence Board and the Army Pensions Board. No retired senior civil servants have been reappointed to positions in my Department, or to positions in the above agencies, since I took office.
