Amharc ar fhreagraMy Department has no record of an application for funding from the organisation for the 2012 national lottery discretionary fund. If the organisation wishes to make an application for national lottery funding it should send in a formal application. Detailed procedures, along with the application form are on my Department's website www.doh.ie.
