116. Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív asked the Taoiseach if he intends to consider the right to a home as part of the deliberations of the work of the Constitutional Convention; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [44088/12]
Amharc ar fhreagraAs the Deputy will be aware, the Dáil and Seanad passed Resolutions prior to the Summer recess approving the calling of a Constitutional Convention. The Resolutions noted the issues to be considered by the Convention and further noted that, following completion of reports on these issues, the Convention could consider other relevant constitutional amendments that may be recommended by it.
