187. Deputy Brendan Griffin asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if an application for derogation under the disadvantaged area scheme will be reviewed in respect of a person (details provided) in County Kerry; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [46861/12]
Amharc ar fhreagraWhile the person named applied for derogation under the 2012 Disadvantaged Areas Scheme, the application was unsuccessful. The person named was informed accordingly by letter dated 15 October and was also advised of his right of appeal to the recently established, independently chaired, DAS Appeals Committee.
