Deputy Aengus Ó Snodaigh asked the Minister for Social Protection her views made in the media on 23 October 2012, to the effect that the Government are considering introducing a pensions cap for the purposes of tax relief; if she will explain how this would work and if this approach is being considered instead of reducing tax reliefs as was provided for in the National Pensions Framework.
