654. Deputy Arthur Spring asked the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources if his Department is engaging with the European Investment Bank and on what matters; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [48676/12]
Amharc ar fhreagraI wish to advise the Deputy that my Department has no engagement with the European Investment Bank (EIB). Semi-State companies under the aegis of my Department may engage with the EIB as appropriate and this is an operational matter for the individual companies in the first instance.
