698. Deputy Jim Daly asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government if he will respond to correspondence outstanding since July 2012 (details supplied). [47862/12]

The correspondence in question relates to proposals to amend the Building Control Regulations which were the subject of an extensive public consultation process earlier this year and which are currently being finalised for signature into law.
