Amharc ar fhreagraI understand that the legal advice to the Garda authorities is that there is no legal mechanism available to them which would allow them to furnish the requested information to the Attorney General for Northern Ireland. However, I can assure the Deputy my Department and the Garda authorities are in consultation about this matter in an effort to find a resolution to this issue.
