529. Deputy Sean Fleming asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when a REP scheme 4 payment will be granted in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Laois; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [51219/12]
Amharc ar fhreagraMy Department is currently examining issues in relation to the eligibility of some the land declared by the person named for scheme payments. The claim has been the subject of a REPS 4 inspection in 2012. It is hoped to complete this examination as soon as possible with a view to determining how to proceed in relation to the application for payment under REPS 4.
