Deputy Peadar Tóibín asked the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources the number of non-residential business users with access to broadband across the State and the percentage of non residential users with broad band speed less than 1.99Mbps, between 2Mbps and 9.99Mbps and speeds in excess of 10Mbps.
