Deputy Pat Breen asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine further to Parliamentary Question No. 1394 of 18 September 2012, the position regarding a headage payment appeal in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Clare; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
