184. Deputy Paudie Coffey asked the Minister for Education and Skills if a student grant that was awarded to a person (details supplied) and subsequently withdrawn will have their grant reinstated; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [55376/12]

Officials in my Department have confirmed with Student Universal Support Ireland that, in the case of the student referred to by the Deputy, a grant has already been awarded and an award letter issued on 26 October 2012.
