Deputy Catherine Murphy asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government if his attention has been drawn to any conflict between guidelines issued by his Department in 2006 Circular Letter PD 5/06 of 5 July 2006 regarding the establishment of management companies in multi-unit developments and the text of the Multi-Unit Development Act, 2010 which defines multi-unit developments; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
