Deputy Patrick O'Donovan asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine further to Parliamentary Question No. 547 of 27 November 2012, the criteria used by the agricultural appeals office to deem the two appeals successful; the grounds on which the appeals were submitted under; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
