385. Deputy Billy Timmins asked the Minister for Social Protection the position regarding minimum notice and holiday pay in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Carlow; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [56844/12]

A claim under the insolvency payments scheme in respect of the person concerned has recently been processed. Payment is due to issue to the liquidator before the end of the month.
