Amharc ar fhreagraMy Department is currently working on proposals to transpose the Parental Leave Directive (2010/10/EU) into national law by 8 March 2013 as part of the wider Bill to consolidate all of the various family leave legislation (maternity, adoptive, parental and carer's leave) into one Act.
