Deputy Niall Collins asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government the number of regulatory impact assessments that have been carried out by his Department in the past twelve months and the list of regulatory impact assessments carried out within his Department in the past twelve months. 1. Electoral (Amendment) (Dáil Constituencies) Bill 2012;
2. Waste Management (Household Food Waste Collection) Regulations 2011;
3. Household Waste Collection;
4. Industrial Emissions Directive (2010/75/EU);
5. Non Use of Motor Vehicles Bill 2013;
6. Proposed Building Control (Amendment) Regulations 2012; and
7. Proposed Amendment to Part J (Heat Producing Appliances) of the Building Regulations.
