Amharc ar fhreagraDuring the 12 month period, 1 January 2012 to 31 December 2012, a Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) was completed by my Department in relation to the Health (Pricing and Supply of Medical Goods) Bill 2012. This Bill will introduce a system of generic substitution and reference pricing for prescribed drugs and medicines and is currently before the Houses of the Oireachtas.
