Deputy Róisín Shortall asked the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs the number of foster parents who have been deemed unsuitable and therefore struck off in each of the past five years; if she will provide details of the procedures in place for recording and investigating complaints about foster parents and their subsequent striking off; the way such parents are notified of this; and the procedure for notifying and recording this information in other areas around the country by the Health Service Executive.
