362. Deputy Charlie McConalogue asked the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform if he will consider the sale or lease on a building (details supplied) in County Donegal; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [4277/13]

I can confirm that the Department of Social Protection have no plans at this time to withdraw from the property. In the circumstances, the Commissioners of Public Works are not in a position to consider the sale or lease of the property.
