554. Deputy Timmy Dooley asked the Minister for Justice and Equality when the board of the Private Security Authority expect to conclude their review of the licence fee structure; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [3786/13]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe Private Security Authority, an independent agency under the remit of my Department, is the regulatory body with responsibility for regulating and licensing the private security industry in the State. There has been ongoing contact between the Department and the Authority about the matter and I expect to be in a position shortly to make an announcement.
