585. Deputy Barry Cowen asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government the number of unfinished estates in County Meath; the number of estates in which works have been carried out by the county council to complete these estates; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The National Housing Development Survey 2012 identified a total of 84 unfinished housing developments in the Meath area, of which some 38 were substantially complete. Further details can be found in the survey, which is available on my Department’s website, www.environ.ie.
