569. Deputy Brendan Griffin asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when a 2012 disadvantaged areas payment will issue in respect of a person (details provided) in County Kerry; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [6855/13]
Amharc ar fhreagraAs compliance with the scheme minimum stocking density requirements could not be confirmed from Department databases, it was necessary that the person named submit appropriate evidence. Having received and processed data contained in the applicant’s Flock Register, compliance has been confirmed, thereby enabling processing of the case to be finalised. Payment will shortly issue to the nominated bank account.
