168. Deputy Aengus Ó Snodaigh asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government if any directive has been issued to local authorities to refuse to pay local authority grade six workers the first hour of overtime worked during the week, Monday to Friday, and the reason workers are expected to work that hour for free, as is the case, for example, in Dublin City Council.
