81. Deputy Alan Farrell asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government if he will provide an update in the status of the investment programme application submitted by Fingal County Council in August 2011 regarding Malahide waste water management. [13522/13]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe Malahide Sewerage Scheme is included in my Department’s Water Services Investment Programme 2010 - 2013 as a scheme to advance through planning. Fingal County Council’s draft Brief for the appointment of a Consultant to prepare a Preliminary Report for the scheme is under examination in my Department at present and a decision will be made as soon as possible.
