Deputy Joan Collins asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht if his attention has been drawn to the fact that in 2001 a grant of €2.9 million was allocated to Sligo County Council from the arts and culture enhancement support scheme as a contribution towards the construction costs of a new county museum; and the reasons the project did not proceed.
