Deputy Charlie McConalogue asked the Minister for Justice and Equality when a request for a calculation of loss of earnings in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Donegal will be provided by the payroll section of his Department; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Amharc ar fhreagraThe payroll section of my Department has requested the Garda Authorities to provide information required to calculate the loss of earnings for the individual concerned. The Garda Authorities are collating the information and when it is received my Department will calculate the loss of earnings and provide a response to the person in question.
