Deputy Sean Fleming asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government his views on whether third parties should be able to make submissions to An Bord Pleanala as part of the pre application consultation process between prospective applicants and An Bord Plenala regarding strategic infrastructure development; if he has any plans to introduce legislation to facilitate this; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
