210. Deputy Pat Deering asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government the funding available for Traveller accommodation in counties Carlow and Kilkenny in 2013. [15435/13]

Most of the available funding for Traveller accommodation in 2013 was allocated in respect of Traveller-specific accommodation projects which are currently under construction or approved by my Department to commence construction this year. The balance of the available funding will be used to meet outstanding balances on final accounts for completed projects. Given that there are no on-going or new construction projects for Traveller-specific accommodation in Carlow or Kilkenny this year no allocations were made.
